Same day change for A-List

Sorry if this question has been discussed previously. If my "non-companion pass" wife is on my PNR, would she be allowed to fly with me if I make a same day flight change as an A-List holder?

Assuming you are asking about same day standby, because same day confirmed change only applies for free to Anytime/Business select fares.

The A list standby early only applies on an individual basis. Separate passengers passengers or named companion pass holders do not get this benefit

No your companion does not get free SDC. That doesn't matter as long as the flight doesn't go out full. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of every seat taken full flights even with the reduced schedule Southwest has put out so far. And with all of the issues Southwest and other airlines have had lately, cancelled flights can instantly change an empty flight to an every seat taken full situation.
