Exactly my thought as well.... another useless list of you don't actually fly somewhere. Simple conclusion is that at most major airports there is a *A lounge.

Also for most of those *G has access to both the business lounges and the *G-lounge, e.g. Scandinavian lounge on SK, Senator lounges on LH, LO, LX, SQ and OS.

Considering that you have skipped quite a few *A carriers (including, in addition to BR, CM and AV), no this list is not close to complete.

Before we get into the "who knows more lounges missing" game, which is the purpose of the OP I guess, we might ask why he/she is doing it. If the purpose is for creating a yet another loungesearch app then I want a share of the profits first

To answer Kanor's question

I normally use the oneworld lounges and a very small number of them in Asia and Australia and after getting sick of Qantas moved to Air New Zealand and Virgin gaining Star Alliance Points

As a fair amount of my travel is across the Tasman from AU to NZ all I have been using is the Air New Zealand Lounges

Someone recently pointed out that you can use other Star Alliance lounges in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and at the end of the year I will take a trip to USA and Canada for the first time on only Star Alliance Carriers

On Air Canada's website I found that list and from whats on the list I thought that there were no other lounges

I am also not really *Gold but the equivalent of it when it comes to lounges (Thanks to a United Club membership)

I have tried the LoungeBuddy app but the data for Australia/New Zealand is really out of date

The Star Alliance Lounge Finder is about 80% accurate. If you have a question about travel from a specific airport, you can ask in this forum or the forum of the carrier you're flying.

Yeh I have a few questions about a few particular Airports

I am taking the following flights with Air Canada and wondered which lounge there is to use

Honolulu - Vancouver (Air Canada) There is a United Club in Honolulu but I think it is in a different concourse?

Vancouver - Calgary (Air Canada) I know that there is the domestic Maple Leaf Lounge

Calgary - New York (Air Canada) Not sure what options there are

You may have a 10-minute walk from the UC to the gate used by AC.

Is it true that HNL Airport is open air or is that old data and if so do you have any photos of the terminal inside

OP,

Thanks for doing this. I find it informative and helpful!

A couple of updates:

1) the UA club in Boston is now in terminal B
2) there is now a UA club in LHR
3) the new UA club at SFO has opened near the 60's gates

Some parts of HNL are open air. It's all roofed. The area where the UC is located is fully sealed.

There is no MLL at YYC for US departures.
