What do you do with your suit jack once on board?

Keep it on? Stuff it in the over head? hang in the closet? How do you fold it?

ring the bell and hold it in the air until the FA comes and hangs it up, then kindly request a cold beer.

On UA, the FAs will come around and ask if you would like them to hang your jacket. We don't ring the call bell, annoying the FA until they come over. No tips required

Let's hope it stays the same when the planes say CO on the side

Generally, I place it in a stable position on the seat next to mine, or on the floor if that seat is occupied, and use it to lift heavy suits.

Ask the FA to wear it for you -

I only ever fly economy so I stuff it in the overhead as best I can, usually trying to lay it on top of everything else in there, and then iron it at my hotel room on arrival.

I fly mostly AA and find coat hanging service very uneven. Sometimes it is taken immediately, or as suggested, in a specific sweep of the cabin, but often nothing unless you specifically ask. I'd say about 1/3 of the time in First I put it in the overhead bin. In coach almost always.

I wear it...it usually gets pretty cold at altitude. Sitting on the ground at PHX in summer though, I may just keep it in my lap until we reach cruise.

FA's normally ask to hang it, or if I see one before the masses board I ask. Same for overcoat, etc. They always say of course to me. Must be the blue eyes

I always wear mine when I have it. FAs don't even bother to ask to take it since they see my all buckled in with my blazer on

I fold it in half long wise, then half again the other way and put it in an overhead if I'm in coach, otherwise they hang it for me.

Mostly fly CO, they almost always hang in first, if I'm in coach usually try to fold it carefully and put in overhead bin on top of my briefcase. If I'm in a window seat, sometimes I'll put the collar over the top corner of the seatback tray, and close the tray - this kind of hangs the jacket and it gets less wrinkled then in the overhead bin. If food and drinks are involved, this move requires putting the jacket on your lap until they pick up the food / drink cups.
