Which two international airports are closest to each other?

What it says on the tin - what's the shortest distance between international airports that currently have international flights?

Extra points for airports that serve different cities

Are you talking about airports that serve each other with scheduled flights, or just airports close to each other?
Airports that serve each other- YVR/YYJ have to be two of the closest (YYJ has international flights to SFO and SEA), and MXP/VCE are not too far apart either, nor are VIE/BUD. Airports just close to each other? All the big cities:
London (LCY/LGW/LHR...)
New York (EWR/JFK/LGA)
Milan (MXP/LIN)
etc

And if he means in different countries then SEA-YYJ (85nm) might win. A few years back CLM-YYJ (32nm) would have been a prime candidate, but that route is no longer operated.

For different cities: How about MKE-ORD (67 miles)?

I'll toss in SFO and OAK.

Y4 to GDL is not exactly high profile but it is international.

True- however I don't think there are regularly scheduled commercial flights between them. South Bend may be the closest to ORD with a flight time around 7 minutes...

If Israelis and Palestinians make peace so that GZA reopens, TLV and GZA will be rather close to each other.
