So any company that doesn't force its employees to take the red-eye and go straight to work when landing is treating its employees like prima donnas?

A lot of our employees spend a considerable amount of time away from home, treating them with respect when they do this is not at all unreasonable.

Agreed. Any TATL flights in which I've arrived before 9 am, I am usually dead on my feet by 4 pm that day. That's why I posted my question to begin with... you would think a later east coast departure, combined with a later arrival would make for a better experience in the air (i.e. easier to fall asleep, as with the late night TPAC departures from the west coast) and at the destination.
