Nothing is better on a long trans-pacific flight that requires a connection after the long flight than a shower at the mid point. Arrivals showers are also nice!

Probably the most-used perk for me! Can remove all the other extra, but not the nice, clean showers please...

Free luxury travel subsidized by high-yield flyers and bank marketing budgets.

May we pretty please have this back?

I don't think that intelligent employees should be offered as a perk.

It seems almost every time I fly I am guaranteed to run into somone with a serious deficiency in common sense whether at the ticketing stage (if using the phone, etc.) or the more basic check-in/on board experience.

I like the priority queues at security or immigration that reduce wait time for premium passengers.

Oh, and lounges with sleeping rooms.

Without doubt, the best airline perk for me is the QANTAS International First Class Lounge at Sydney.

UAL's Channel 9 From the cockpit radio feed.

It's not like I fly a lot segments (compared to many folks on these forums), but channel 9 is pretty rare for me these days--what with the regional jets everywhere in the US, 737s, and Continental planes, I think I had it twice in 2014. I love listening, especially at a busy airport like ORD or CDG.

Channel 9 used to be the perk that caused me to select UAL over other carriers. Not any more...

I flew with them last year SEA-NRT...didn't know there was such a channel! I would have loved to listen in,had it been available.

Looks like they might be gauging public opinion as to whether or not to continue. You could "like" their page if you do

This. 100 times this. I don't know how there are still airline agents who have no concept of time zone differences. Sometimes I just want agents who will at least listen.

Also, frankly, the invention of lie-flat seats. 1995/96?

Take off on time.

Arrive on time.

Bags delivered promptly.

Everything else is secondary.
