You wouldn't have access to dry ice and alcohol would you? Liquid Nitrogen, any of the super cooling liquids. Freeze a can of shaving cream solid (like 10 minutes). Peel off the can, and put the frozen pelet of cream in the suitcase, carry on, whatever. In an hour or so when it starts thawing out, the cream will expand, and expand, and expand. Any idea how much space a full can of cream will take up?

Just a wild guess, but in the 80's it was about half the volume of the inside of a VW. Just a guess.
