I think I would prefer that he stay, because if he goes, he might end up at an airline I'm still willing to fly on.

What's the point? That's like asking would you rather have a free upgrade from Y to GF on a flight to Australia or pay extra to sit in a middle seat in E- between two single moms with lap infants with ear infections.

Great idea, poll the group of people who have the highest concentration of people that try to game the system and constantly complain. I'm sure the BOD will care a lot about what FT thinks

I can longer sign up for two credit cards and the fly FC on LH onUA dime...he must go. This was promised as a lifetime benefit after two segments on UX in 1963
