When they did this in January, somehow I thought it was every week and I had plans for the spring already. Then it disappeared. I am looking to go to Europe in the fall so, assuming it is Europe again, maybe it will be a good deal.

I tried to sign up for the Text/SMS marketing using the link on the UA Promo page but it did not work - nothing happens when I click the Opt In button. I tried it from different browsers and the same thing. Did anyone get the notification on what Monday's city will be? Thanks.

Supposedly, "Want to hear about each destination on sale a day before everyone else? Sign up for United® texts."

H
Had not seen that before, wonder if it was newly added??
Had not been an option in earlier promos.
BTW, it seems to work now
Seems to be a gimmick to get you to sign for receiving UA spam on your phone

It did not work for me either - from a computer (different browsers) or from an iPad. I am out of the US right now and I wonder if that might be the reason. I guess we we know soon enough. We don't even know what continent right now....

(I come to the conclusion that international travelers need VPN due to GeoBlocking that many sites have (not talking UA here but many others))
