Did they happen to be loading the new stock into the machines?

Weird...last month in STL the agent told me exactly the opposite -- that it was the TP that's been jamming the machines.

Perhaps we need some new chickens.

The real reason for the stock change is because the gold/blue stock has pre-printed tulip logos and the white stock has no logo.

Presumably they will be printing the deathglobe on them in the near future.

ORD 1K check-in area was still hatching gold stock from the chickens, however, the agent at C30 reprinted a BP for me and it was on the new stock. White, same layout with a blue globe where the tulip used to be located.

SFO Domestic Service Counter (between gate 80 and 82) - white card stock; both logo and "united" are missing from the top left corner this morning.

SFO RCC - white card stock with the tulip logo.

IME...gate stock at ORD has been printing on white stock for quite a while now. Probably a couple of years, at least.

Have gotten white stock from SFO/LIH/LAX/DEN/SJC/PDX/SEA. GSC at PDX told me that they took out all gold stock, and replaced it with white stock. Luckily it's still printing the tulip

The 2 narrow slot chickens(formerly guaranteed card stock type) at the SFO concourse service counter by gate 80 were both in need of maintenance 2 days ago so I was stuck with with white floppy BP's printed at YYC

Noticed the 1K chickens at IAD had been revamped since my last ex-IAD flights (back in early May). Unfortunately, they now dispense white cardstock vs. the gold they used to, but it's still better than the toilet paper the ones down in the arrivals level lobby dispense.

Incidentally, the revamped systems have a slightly revamped user interface for the first few screens.

BDL Premier Line Kiosk gave me white card stock with no UA logo on it. At first I thought it was generic kiosk paper like at SJC or RDU but it had the UA CC ad on the back.

Also, I got white card stock with the Globe on it (first time) from the IAD D7 RCC.

JFK is still giving out gold stock at the carry-on baggage-only kiosks.

I was at the LAX RCC on Sat, June 4 mid day and was printed a boarding pass on the plain white stock. I went back a few hours later and was given a boarding pass with the new logo on the white stock.

My favorite chicken coop at SFO which always hatched gold bp's (curbside to the left of the outside smoking area) had no eggs yesterday (6/7). It was either was out of gold stock or it was replaced with white stock. It was still "cardboard" but white plus there was no logo in the upper left corner of the bp and the the printing appeared to be a bit different. I checked all that were open and running (6) but no dice on any of them. Will try again on this Friday and report back.

LHR T1 transfer desk still issues gold card stock. JFK chickens now issue thermal paper! Agents at check-in counters/RCC issue white card stock.
