Redeem miles for upgrade on SIA

Can I redeem Mileage plus miles for an upgrade to Business on Singapore airlines?

No. UA miles can only be used for upgrades on UA and LH. To upgrade on SQ need SQ miles or DL miles. See the "how to upgrade on *A carriers" thread for more info.

Doh! All that work getting premier status with UA, and now all the business travel I do is on SQ...

You could use NH and AC miles for some pretty good award levels out of NRT on SQ.
